I'm the owner of Holly McCarthy Virtual Assistant, providing admin and business services to small business owners in Bristol and worldwide.
I've worked in administration and personal assistance since leaving uni with a degree in Business Management, alongside a second job as a personal trainer. Whilst working as a PT, I was lucky enough to train a number of small business owners and I became familiar with common daily challenges they faced.
So, taking my expertise from my personal assistant experience and knowing I could help business owners do things better, I took the leap and decided to set up my own virtual assistant business.
Being kind is at the forefront of my business. I make sure to show kindness and respect to all those around me in every aspect of my business and my out of office life.
I’m really big on reciprocity and collaborating with my clients. This means supporting, listening to each other and evolving together, for the sake of a mutual goal.
